ZX ..

The Sinclair ZX Spectrum is an 8-bit personal home micro computer released in the U.K. in 1982 by Sinclair Research Ltd. The brain child of Sir Clive Sinclair, consisting of hardware designed by Richard Altwasser and the now iconic outward design by the late Rick Dickinson. Sinclair released other micro computers both after and proceeding the Spectrum but none captured the market and mood of the time quite like the ZX Spectrum did.

I got my first ZX Spectrum in 1984 for my 10th birthday, shiny and new with a whopping 48k of memory, complete with a 6 pack of free games.

This page will showcase some of my Sinclair Micro Computers and associated Software.
